The following are examples of some recent projects in which we have been involved:

Conducting a seller's due diligence for and advising an asset management company on various aspects of a proposed sale of the property assets of a Korean “chaebol” in Vietnam, including an international hotel, valued in excess of US$50,000,000.
Advising a pre-eminent international banking and insurance group on brokerage transactions with a Vietnamese Bank, relating to futures and options transactions for the trading of commodities.
Advising a market leading multinational food and beverage company on the multi-million dollar purchase of a further shareholding in a leading Vietnamese company, as well as associated share auction, listing and corporate governance issues.
Advising a Singaporean property conglomerate on the development of apartments for sale to Vietnamese and long term lease to foreigners, valued in excess of US$40,000,000.
Advising a leading foreign invested joint venture company on a multi-million dollar corporate restructure of its Vietnamese investment valued in excess of US$20,000,000.
Providing ongoing commercial/corporate/employment advice to the FV Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City including assisting them with the establishment of a Vietnamese charity and expansion of their operations.
