LWA Vietnam (formerly Lucy Wayne & Associates) specialises in the Indochina region. The firm is one of the oldest-established and largest foreign law firms in Vietnam and, in 1996, was in the first group of law firms to be licensed by the Vietnamese Ministry of Justice.

In 2003, Lucy Wayne was awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Justice for her active contribution to the international cooperation activities of the Justice branch of Vietnam and in 2005 was awarded an MBE for services to British business interests in Vietnam.
